Andrew Rufener (1966) has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer at Sanoma Learning & Literature as of June 1, 2011. Sanoma is focused on delivering innovative learning solutions to the market and is consequently strengthening its skill-set surrounding the application of technology to a broad range of digital offerings.
Andrew earned his MBA from Rotterdam School of Management (RSM) in The Netherlands. He gained a post-graduate degree in Software Engineering and a BSc hon in Mechanical Engineering in Switzerland.
For the last 3,5 years, Andrew has been Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director at LexisNexis Univentio. In 2006, Andrew founded Intelium Consulting. Before that he worked at ThruPoint as Director for Managed Services and prior to that as Director Technical Field Marketing.
